  1. Non-Returnable Items

Special note: Used or resold goods are not eligible for return.

Quality Issues

If the product has the following issues:

Manufacturing quality problems;
Received the wrong product;
Damaged during transportation;

After verification, return shipping costs will be borne by SLUGGER DRIVE LLC.

Non-Quality Issues

If the return is requested for the following reasons:

Dislike; Incorrect size or color selection; No longer needed for personal reasons;

Then the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

  1. Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect and review them.

After approval, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned goods.

The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank, credit card institution, or payment platform.

    Provide the order number and reason for return;
    Customer Service reviews and provides return instructions;
    Send the item back as required;
    Warehouse inspects the item;
    Refund will be processed after approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
