This set of 12 plastic compression bags is made of PE+EVOH composite film, 0.09mm thick, and uses a roll-press degassing method, eliminating the need for a vacuum pump. It includes four bags of each of three sizes: 30×40cm, 40×55cm, and 50×65cm. The closure is a double-boned zipper, with a one-way degassing valve (soft rubber structure) at the bottom. Instructions for use: After filling with clothing, seal the zipper, roll from the bottom towards the valve to expel air, and then fasten the valve buckle. The manufacturing process involves composite film extrusion + valve hot pressing + zipper welding, with a heat-sealed edge of approximately 1cm. Each bag can be reused approximately 8 times. The thickness is reduced by approximately 60% after compression. The bag surface is semi-transparent, allowing visibility of the contents. Suitable for luggage accessories or cruise travel, saving luggage space and requiring no additional tools.
